Fighting Words!

 We were so excited to be the first class to go out on a trip in two years!!! Yesterday we were invited in to take part in a really fun creative writing workshop at Fighting Words. We got our very own mini bus to bring us there & Syl our bus driver got us there in super quick time! When we got there we met all the workers & got stickers with our names-we worked together to make a really funny story about a duck with a British accent called Mr. Duckleton! An illustrator worked to draw some pictures while we got creative with the story. Our story was published into a book & we all got our own copy to bring home. After a little break we then got to work on our very own stories with some help from the workers there. We had great fun & teacher said we were so well behaved we did the school proud!
